We install and look after the wifi, the cameras, the backups and the automation in larger homes and small business sites around Sydney. Wifi that reaches the shed, cameras you can check from your phone, files copied every night, lights and heating that do what they should, and one team to contact when something needs attention.

What we install

The same five things, sized to the building. A three-bedroom terrace and a multi-building site get the same treatment and a different bill of materials.

Wifi and networks

Wifi that reaches every room, the shed and the back studio, designed from a walk of the building rather than a guess at a floor plan. Guests get their own wifi, kept well away from the family's devices and the office machines.

Ubiquiti UniFi: Dream Machine, access points, managed switches. Cloudflare for DNS.

Backups and storage

A storage box that sits in the building and copies everything overnight without anyone doing anything, with a second copy kept offsite. Twenty years of photos on one laptop is one accident away from gone.

Synology DiskStation, with offsite replication to a second unit or a cloud target.

Cameras, doors and security

Cameras you can check from your phone, recording to a box on your own wall rather than to somebody else's cloud, so the footage stays yours. A few at the doors, or a full run across a multi-building site, with door locks and an intercom where you want them.

Lighting, heating and automation

Lights, heating, energy monitoring and presence detection running on a small computer in the building, so they carry on working when the internet drops. We fit Zigbee and Z-Wave devices because they are reliable and they leave the wifi alone.

Email, domains and IT

Business email on your own domain, the domain and DNS behind it, the Microsoft 365 accounts, and a regular check that catches a failing drive before it fails. One number covers all of it, and it is answered by the people who did the install.

We measure an installation by how rarely you have to think about it.

A lot of our work follows somebody else's. The equipment is usually fine. What is missing is that nobody joined it up and finished it, so the owner has learned to live with a dead spot in the kitchen and a camera app nobody can log into.

Joining it up and finishing it properly is the job.

How a job runs

Five steps, and you know the price before the fourth one starts.

  1. A conversation

    You tell us what the building needs to do. We ask what is already there.

  2. A site walk

    We look at the building rather than a floor plan. Thick walls and a detached studio change the design.

  3. A written proposal

    Every access point, every camera and every cable run, with a fixed price beside it.

  4. Installation

    Installed and tested with you watching. Nothing is called done until it works.

  5. Support

    We show you how it works, then we look after it. One number when something needs attention.

At handover you also get the folder: a diagram of what went in, the parts list and every password, so the work can be picked up later by anyone, including someone who is not us.
