Service engagements (summary)

Where we quote a fixed-price engagement such as First Fix, the written quote sets out what is included, what is not, the price, GST, payment timing and ownership. All prices are shown exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; the GST-inclusive total is shown alongside the price on the offer page and on your written quote. For First Fix: half the price is due when the logo and style board is delivered, and the other half is due when the site goes live; the logo, files and website become yours when the invoice is paid in full; your domain is registered in your name from the start; the website is delivered either as a single scrolling page with in-page navigation or as up to five pages, at your choice and at the same price; hosting is included for the first year and is $200 a year plus GST after that unless you move the site; minor changes are included, a larger update of more than two or three items is $500 plus GST, and major updates are quoted on request. The written quote prevails over this summary.

Refunds on First Fix: if you are not satisfied with the website, we refund the website half of the price and you keep the brand pack and the right to use it. Any work that is refunded remains our property and cannot be used. The spring special is aimed at tradespeople and open to any very small business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
